Goldeneye, though that isn't just because of the game.

LoZ:OoT has to be the single game with the most seperate memorable tunes, though that is partly due to the number of short tunes in it.

The first time i played OoT was with my friend on his N64, we started it and took it in turns, i slept at his house then we brought it back to my house the next day so we played through the whole game for three days straight (barely doing anything else but eat/sleep)

i never bought it for the N64 though so the nxt time i played it was on the GC about 2 years later, i remembered all the songs except the desert theme.

and i can still remember most now (havent played it in 3 years) that's how memorable they are.

Ya it's full games, not just individual songs in games.
