Just got done seeing the Batman commercial for PS3, with the traditional "Playstation" monotone voice thing that Sony's been doing for years. Though I realized, that it had been a long while since I've seen a PS3 commercial. Or a Wii one, or a 360. Maybe I'm not watching enough TV, but are the commercials for all current gen systems on a really sharp decline? Used to see a lot of "Wii would like to play" and the crying baby for PS3 (Creepy) and of course 360 (Those seemed to be more about a specific game, and letting you know you could play it on the 360. Vs a commercial about the system itself). So other than a few commercials here and there supporting major releases, it seemes like commercials for the systems aren't around as much.

Anyone else notice this, or again, I'm not watching enough TV?

Last gaming commercial I saw was Mario Kart DS like 2 months ago [Yeah I know, the game came out in 2005]. When I saw it I was hella wtf, but they also showed DSi I think.

I see Professor Layton commercial a lot.

I havent seen any ads for PL.....nor PS3. I think they are going to bombard us with PS3 stuff the closer the holiday comes around.

I have a DVR so I never watch live TV, I always wait for time to skip the commericals.

the last commercial I saw is for inFamous in a cinema.

I saw one of the new PS3 adverts yesterday in the UK. Very good and simple mainly just showing the new price.

Saw the new start PS3 ad on Sky Sports just now.

I typically see game commercials during Adult Swim. Other than Fox News which never has game commercials, that's pretty much all the TV I watch regularly.
