How is this news worthy? "Microsoft owned studio excited about Microsoft product! News at eleven." I'd be speechless if they said anything to the contrary. I bet Naughty Dog are really excited to try and give the Playstation Wand a try too!

so we agree that Sony 1st party devs saying that the games thay make are only possible on PS3 is fucking Retarded...

I don't know if I would choose those words. I certainly wouldn't pay any attention to developers who claim that. There is nothing of any substance gained by paying attention to these quotes. The motives are suspect, and there is no information really gained that can be discussed intelligently.

Edit @CGI
A first party developer wouldn't really know if the game could only be done on a platform either. The peanut gallery has about as much insight into the hardware of their various competitors as they do.

Not entriely true. If they know a systems specs and ups and downs, they may know what they'd be dealing with, despite not physically working with the format.

What they do know is, the system they DO work on has advantages another system does not have, such as disc space and such. Personally, I don't think people should take that stuff too seriously.

LOL...You really beliave that Disc space is doing anything more than giving PS3 devs single disc games....Fact is..The industry has not out grown DVD-9 But I must tip the hat to sony for trail blazing..for that..they have been good for twice...But DVD-9 is still good for gaming...multi disc games are not some cancer like the people who got mad  at Multiplat FFXIII status...But alas..as I said before...It was a good move by Sony...But I doubt they have ten games that are 40 gigs..even though they generalize all their games as 40 gig...

Let's look at the major multi-disc games of this generation...Japanese RPGs for the most part....Meh to the genre, as far as I'm concerned.
