Starcraft is Blizzard's top priority (what the hell's wrong with them?) and since that game got pushed back to 2010, we probably won't see Diablo 3 untill late 2010 or 2011.

Sadly, it looks like they're not going to release Diablo III until probably late 2011.  StarCraft II is looking to get a summer 2010 release now and Diablo III hasn't even been given a release date, but you can be sure it'll be FAR after SCII.

Yes, hundreds of thousands of people still play the game online.  There's a reason the game is still one of the better selling PC game, even 10 years after it came out.  I still play my Necro online from time to time.

Speaking of which, I hope they make good on what they've been hinting and re-release Necro for DIII in an expansion.
