I'm guessing you should assume (and I'm guessing that in logic classes they always tell you not to assume) that they meant to say that the boxes are labeled with what combo of hats the box contains, and that they're incorrect. Otherwise there's no possible logic I can think of that you can use to solve it, and they've given you an completely useless piece of info (unless they meant it as a red herring).

Is logic class fun? I was thinking of taking it, but decided not to in the end for Philosophy.
