Side note, the Netflix 360 movie library sucks. There is no better way to say it. I am not saying this as a Xbox owner, but as a Netflix subscriber. It really is a pathetic service.

With new movies, yes. Anything that's 2008-2009 is either DTD or movies from Starz which don't have HD quality.

With old movies and tv shows, fuck no. I got to see Aliens 1-3 in glorious HD the other day and I loved it. And I got through the whole season of Harper's Island .

I'm assuming Netflix is afraid of digital distribution but it wouldn't make sense considering it's still the same price....
