Well compromising a game in order to fit and play its not good for that game
Is it not possible for it to be like Blue Dragon, with the entire game world on every disc but different FMV?

There is no licensing fee per disk. There never has been, and there never will be. The quote was mis-intepretated, and has been clarified many, many, many times now. There is extra cost to using the third disc due to manufacturing only. There is no extra licensing fee for more discs. |
Since when?
And why would maufacturing costs be an inhibiting factor for the number of discs used? DVDs cost less than 10 cents a piece when mass produced. The guys at id are probably spending more on the BD-Rom for the ps3 version of Rage than they would on 3 DVDs.

First of all...FFXI was going to XBox..and since MS told SE when th 360 was going to come out..the put it on 360 instead...second...Last Remnant is a console exclusive if i'm not mistaking...and SO4 came out a few months back...I don't know if this will make it to PS3...or not...And finally....MS OWNS Infinite Undiscovery...Yes DooD they do.....Don't hope to Get an MS IP on PS3 just cuz SE is involved...
It's totally fair...
I want japanese language track :
Do you want japanese voices in FF13 and Versus 13? Write to these guys and tell them: support@square-enix-usa.com
Any disc-swapping not SO4 style is fine. Still, I'm pretty lazy so I'll end up getting the PS3 version instead.

Since shortly after the news broke. It wasn't as widely reported since it wasn't sensationalistic. Also, it was combined with a different news story to make it easier to miss. I had a hard time finding the updated article, and I knew what I was looking for!

"Microsoft is not being dickheads," he said. "It was a simple kind of miscommunication. Microsoft does not charge a royalty per disc, but there is a cost of goods that goes along with manufacturing. "
