It sound like to me once a POW or terrorist is captured they they go to jail and stay in jail, it's more of a extension of how much time a person can get for committing a crime. Also yes we can put people in jail for a crime they haven't committed,,attempted murder is a perfect example. That person tried to kill someone but haven't but they still get sent to jail. I also noticed they obviously cut up the video so we only hear what they want us too. As for keeping terrorist in jail...hell yeah, I'm with Obama on that one....that's the point of jail: when someone dose something wrong, you put them in jail to stop them from doing it again. |
"Discriminatio" you cant just locked someone just because you think his a terrorist , Obama is proposing we keep people locked up for crimes they have committed and we proved they committed in a court of law, but on the chance that they might commit crimes in the future. there will be no trial, for no crime exists to be charged, nor does this method not help us fight terrorrist but it goes against everything the constitution stands for "the fifth amendment" no one be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, maybe your those kind of people that supports obama even if he wants to shove a GPS down your ass to see where u are at all moment.

Ok so Obama will keep people locked up for crime they have comitted and just keep them there longer? like I said before it sound like more of a extension of the posibly punishment. So lets say terrorism will get you 20 years, well now it can get you 45 in order to prevent you from doing it again, isn't that the point of jail?
Oh and no, noone is shoving a GPS up my ass, I'm more Republican then I am Democrate but I'm fair, some people are acting like children just because Obama won, so there going to critisize him no matter what he dose...like a child.
