You mean anti-government run healthcare. The people who are against it, are so because they want the US to have better healthcare. It's not like one group wants something better for the US and the other doesn't.

The two groups just argue over what's better.

I highly, highly doubt that the propaganda being spewed by republicans into my thinking space is worth a damn. You know why? because they are the OTHER party and regardless of which party the OTHER one is, they will try to get back into power by portraying the other party as rapists and cat circumcisers.

I'll say what I said on another forum about Obama:

George Washington hoped that political party's would not be formed, fearing conflict and stagnation. Oh how right he was, maybe we should of listen to him, then there wouldn't be people who will disagree with a person only for the reason that they are on a different political party.

It for that reason I like to see myself more of a Centrist rather then a Republican or Democrat.
You know the comedian Chris Rock? He said that Political parties are like gangs; "They just want to be down with a party" which is true, they want to be part of a party so they have to agree with most things that party dose, or else they ain't going anywhere with there carer.

I just wish that more politicians had the balls to do what he did, and humiliate the screamers (not the ones with legitimate concerns, mind. I'm all for a civilized debate, but these screamers need to be told exactly how stupid they are)

I also found it very amusing, because Obama is a living example of pretty much everything the Nazis were against: a mixed-race quasi-socialist. The only way he could be more abhorrent to the Nazis is if he were jewish, or gay. Equally ironic that the woman would make this claim to Barney Frank of all people, given his particular heritage.

The whole "third way" thing was their economic policy.

Though private companys "technically" owned a lot of their stuff.  In reality the government nationalized tons of buisnesses telling them and put in programs that helped out "Good germans."

The Nazi's main goal was putting the publics need ahead of greed.
