It seems that the two will be coming out around the same time, so I think it is a fair question to ask.

not at all, no one would use it.

I can't see it work without some physical buttons/"mote". And if it's matter of shaking your arm or making a throwing motion for a grenade, it just reminds me of how gimmicky the Six Axis was used by half assed 3'rd developers (Shake your controller to reload in GTA IV).

Reach will be the next full Halo title. That being said, it will attempt to replace Halo3 in the competitive nature.. Natal will not be accurate enough for this.
I don't think the majority of gamers will use Natal for Halo: Reach if it is available.
Saying that any Halo will use Natal is a bit of a *Reach* HAHAHAHAHA (gets shot in face)
If Natal was the only way to play Halo Reach, it would help MASSIVELY.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
I can see it using Natal in the campaign for certain things. Most games that use it will tack it on like the sixaxis is used (planting the damn charges in kz2)
No games unless they are Natal specific games will fully require you to use Natal it will just be an option. (there will be a lot of xbox owners with and without Natal. why hamper your potential sales)
It will be cool for some, suck for others (that is both games and players)
