I'm more pissed on the way PETA is riding on this....

I'm not an Eagles fan but I saw what PETA did the other day and that disgusted me. I mean the team is giving this guy a second chance, and you guys try to dress up like fans and says your not Eagles fans anymore? Fuck that. If you were a real Eagles fan ( like my friend is) you would suck it up and move on.

And the dud's not popping up til Oct 16....and he's more likely to be a running back than on the bench.

His ego must be shot though. He went from great 30-40 million dollar 3-5 year deals to a 1.6 million dollar 1 year deal with the option of a second. I dont care if that's alot of money to us, going from 40 mil to 1.6 is a huge drop.

This is what I have to say about PETA...

PETA to target kids with disturbing "Unhappy Meals"

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Activist group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) will hand out "Unhappy Meals" to children at an Albany McDonald's restaurant today to protest alleged chicken abuse, according to a statement this morning by PETA.

PETA alleges that McDonald's allows its chicken suppliers to abuse the animals before they are slaughtered for food. The organization advocates "controlled-atmosphere killing," a method that promotes animal welfare.

Children who buy meals at the McDonald's at 391 Central Ave. today beginning at noon will encounter PETA staff, headed by an activist in a chicken costume.

The "Unhappy Meal" that PETA will give to children - a spoof of a Happy Meal - will include a "menacing, knife-wielding" Ronald McDonald cutout, a ketchup packet disguised as chicken blood, a plastic chicken covered in "blood" and a "McCruelty" t-shirt.

The statement indicates that PETA will target children so they will "join its campaign" to convince McDonald's to change slaughter methods.

This article says it all about PETA. I would kick the living shit out of anyone that tried to give this to my kid.

I just noticed the name of the reporter that wrote this.

OMG a McCruelty T-Shirt! That is possibly the greatest t-shirt idea ever, must have one!

Vick spent his 2 years in PRISON. He has apologized multiple times
What more do you people want?
No one is perfect, he made his mistake and he got the penalty for it. Don't take away the 1 thing that he does best away from him for one mistake

My goodness man, its only dogs. I know animal cruelty is bad, but why do people in the western world want to treat animals like damn gods?

There's a big difference b/w treating an animal like a god and treating them humanely.

yes and b/c of that we should treat other humans with respect and be good stewards of the planet and our resources, this of course extends to giving a helping hand and redemption

if a dog were to bite your hand after going thru obedience school and learning that is not proper behavior, would you forgive it?

and if so how is a dog worth more forgiveness then a human?
