Forums - Sony - NO SLIM PS3?!?!?!?!?!?!?! all predictions

SO tommorow we find out, once and for all. are sony going to give us a slim ps3, BUT

what if it doesnt, i cant help but think it would be funny after all these threds and all these stories it was just fatty with a new HDD

now we know there probs will be one. so if there is, what are your predictions for it?

mine are:

Black & White (match new go)

big price cut in America, Europe & Japan

the UK and Australia will still have to pay more (sony like to treat us like shit) THIS ONE WILL HAPPEN I BET! infact i will go all out and say England wont have a price cut at all, £30 at most

so what do you think sony will do with the slim tommorow???

also do u think we have seen the real slim yet?? or all fakes?

I just posted a new thread but there's no PS3 consoles being sold directly through Amazon today.

 

Edit. I take it back I searched incorrectly so it's still available or it was unavailable at the time of my search but it's back on Amazon now.  PS3 slim rumours are getting to me.

I heard through a friend of a friend who worked at Sony that price cut is coming tomorrow. So obviously I should be trusted.

Isn't that essentially the nature of ALL these slim and price cut rumors?

On this, we can agree, I imported my 60 PS3 from US sometime before uncharted was released, even with almost 100 dollars shipping cost, I still saved money in comparison to the price from local retailers. O_o.

If there isn't a PS3 slim... I'm gunna l.m.a.o. (because of all these threads and hype).

But I'm sure a price cut will definitely happen. Either way, I'm not shelling out extra money for another HD console. I got tuition to pay for.



Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"

I predict a minor price cut on the original ($50) in the US and the introduction of the slim PS3 at $399 and $499. I expect the price cut of the slim to be further down the road.

That being said, I hope I'm wrong; when the PS3 hits $299 I will be picking one up, for the exclusives (yay Uncharted at $30!) I've missed so far.
