I just realized how much Dragon Ball Z sucks. I mean you would go through like 3 or 4 episodes where the characters just stares at each other, there is no real story going on and the characters don't go through much character development imo. The character really are not that awesome to begin with. I was thinking "maybe because Dragon Ball Z is an old anime it turns out lackluster compared to newer animes" but when I watched old animes like Yu Yu Hakusho I found out that that kind of logic is wrong. It is just not that good of an anime. Do you guys agree with me?

7/10 i gave it, loved it when i was a kid, but yeah, its not that great, not particularly bad either and nice to watch every now and then, if only for the nostalgia.

i disagree dragonball Z was wicked!! but i do agree that it had episodes where they do nothing

dragon ball has a crappy story, horrible character design and bad audio, yet it acomplishes a goal few anime can, entertain everyone. dragon ball is like the original mario bros for videogames, everyone has played it, everyone likes it.

It was cool when it was the only anime show I knew of. It was a welcome relief from the weird shows like I am Weasel. But, i never did like the 50 episodes devoted to one fight.

lol, yeah, i remember that happening, i used to think the fights were really cool though when i was younger.
