There is no frickin denying that looks real good, but the gameplay and animation...

I'm still very disappointed that its no longer sandbox or survival horror, and that disappointment probably won't be made up by release. Still, I will be getting it, because it looks to at least be as scary as say, Resident Evil 4 or Silent Hill.

The lighting, fog, smoke and water are all the best of any console game imo. really impressed.

Looks good graphically, but not worthy of the 'zomg' comments it's getting here. There's better looking games coming than this.

The game's story will be fantastic though, gameplay looks decent. I say 88 on metacritic.

This looks so good. This is what I call a proper horror game.

Looks impressive graphically but the biggest selling point is the story. One of my most anticipated titles along with Heavy Rain. It's about time we saw a little innovation and a desire to create a real story driven game. I suppose I'd better get a 360 at some point .

since you not seem to be interested in Halo (which is a shame), otherwise you would already have one, I would recommend you to get one late this year or early next year. Splinter Cell Conviction, Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake (all early next year) should be reason enough.
