What would you choose: Lots of money (like many millions) or love?

Sad as it may seem, I'm going to say money. I admit that I have personal ambitions that are rather pricey, and I truely think that I'd be happier following those. Of course, having lots of money will also make finding love easier, but there will be a lot of junk to weed through. (As in, the 99% of people trying to get to you for your money.) It'll be the one who is disinterested in the money that if you think other things will click, will be the one to work out. It's not surefire, but I guess picking either one doesn't preclude you from the other. I think it's just easier to go money to love than vice versa.

Love, money only makes life simply a lot easier to live.
Not only that, but being a millionaire its hard to know if ur gf wants to be with u for love or money as well. Would be sad if u got married and spent every penny u had, then get divorced, then she takes everything, then ur screwed and back to 0.

Money. It may not bring you happyness or love but it allows you to be miserabel in comfort

Nah, all you want is money.

Money is certainly important but nothing is more important than love imo.

Love.

For those that say get the money now, and love will follow, I think the point of the question is if you could only have one.

So, to reword the question:

Would you rather be poor the rest of your life, but with the only you love, or be rich and never find love.

For me, it would be love. I can be happy with any level of income, but am happiest living my life with someone I love.

One of my favorite quotes is "Success is getting what you want. Happiness is wanting what you get". The problem with living your life in the pursuit of money, is there is always more money to be had. You can never get it all.

Love on the other hand, is different. Once you have love, the only work required is to keep it. A much different mindset.

So for me, I pursue happiness, and I an an extremely happy person. I would say the amount of time I spend laughing and enjoying life is probably more then Bill Gates.
