I've experienced first hand what that can do to a person (minus the arrest)
Not me personally but someone who was very close to me who's been through a lot in her life....but the rest of us have been dealing with reality on our own for a long, long time now and it's no less depressing.

My life sometimes seems like a bad TV show, too. But I've learned that the bad times always pass. Things will be okay. Just stay strong, Moongoddess and LuStaysTru.

Keep strong dude, your luck will turn around pretty soon. Just don't do anything crazy.

yeah life sucks, in my home we can no longer afford dental treatment or medicine or heating or more than 3 hot meals (between us) a week. the only thing you can do is try and just get by 1 day at a time. you just gotta find something that gets you through the day that allows you to cope, whether its music or a friend

Oh and today I got fired.......when it rains, it pours right...

bad times happen to most people, im not trying to preach or make what happened to you sound any less bad or anything, it all sounds terrible but just realise that there are people who can help you through it, even if it is just emotional support..! i know it seems like things may never get better, but you have to give them time. give yourself time. money comes and goes, and as for your girlfriend - maybe she couldnt handle the stress? (not that thats an excuse to leave you during a run of bad luck).

(i can talk from experience) ..my "worst month" was september 1st-october 5th last year.. worst time i've ever had in my whole entire life, honestly. my mum was almost killed, my dad almost died, my family was shattered, i was homeless and poor, didnt have either of my parents for the first time in my life. i was getting like 3 hours sleep a night and i had no-one to turn to. but i pulled through somehow :D

basically, "Baby don't worry, about a thing, cos every little thing is gonna be alright..." however bad it gets, you can cope if you look inside yourself for strength. even if you feel like you aren't coping, you'll surely amaze yourself.

the important thing right now is your health. look after yourself. and i wish you the best x

yeah it was because of the stress actually, she's got enough of that in her life. As bad as this month feels, her whole life has been much worse...

Losing your job is probably the worst though. Things could be much, MUCH worse.
