I agree, I hate how it just unlocks the full game from the demo. I have like 15 downloaded games mixed with 10 demos, it's a mess - I would prefer to have separate folders for demos and downloaded games.

Push square to sort by album.  Go to each PSN game and press triangle to go to information.  Then put PSN (or whatever you want your downloaded games folder to be) in the album field.  It can be annoying to do for each game, but it becomes easy to sort the games once you put in a little work.  I have seperate folders for demos (which I don't label so they remain "Unknown"), PSN games, and PS1 games.

Kind of stupid that you can't sort within each album alphabetically, but hopefully that gets fixed with a firmware update.
