Forums - Gaming - I dont think the pro is gonna die...

The 360 Elite SKU's don't come with Wi-fi built in. You have to buy it separately for $100 I believe.

Also I bought an HDMI cable of Ebay for $2 at a place located in California. The cable was $2 and the shipping was $3 or $5 cannot remember actual pricing but it was worth it and my cable is running as we speak.

The Pro isn't going to die anytime soon they will have and continue the three choices of the Xbox 360 SKU's if Microsoft is smart enough to give options among the consumers.

Wait, the xbox comes with built in wifi? Is it just the elite?

He was mistaken. No Xbox has built-in wifi.

Good ;o i was about to say why doesn't mine have built in. This is one of the newer models as well. :p i can rest easy now thanks.

I'm surprised no one read the whole thing through:

"The reason they kept the pro is because i think people will not buy the elite just because its black...discuss..."

ORLY?

The reason most cables work fine with HDMI is that the protocol has error correction and it's digital... your cable would have to be extremely broken to make the transfer fail.

Gamestop has the wifi adaptor for $70 - or buy an older Xbox one for about $40-$50. The Xbox one is a MN740.
