I don't see why it would.

Until a price cut comes then we might see it picking up sales and possibly outselling the xbox 360.

You guys do realise that the PS3 has been around 299 Euros for over 6 months on the online price aggregators? The people whom are most price concious have always had the option of that 299 Euro PS3 or thereabouts and no im not going to post the link.
