Well shit, to get Steiner's other ultimate weapon in FF9 (Excalibur 2) you have to get to the final area of the game in under 12 hours....

lol at people mentioning ultimecia, anyone who dies at FFVIII should consider retiring from gaming. OT neo-exdeath was a beast, you will never get to him in the right level without grinding, PG toss that fucks every boss doesn't fuck him, even at max out level he could kill any of your members and leave you without the complete ending, making you replay the game all over again.

I think I did. But I still needed like 7000 or whatever HP to survive some of her crazy magic attacks.
