I apologize if I offended you, but your argument comes off as a bit one-sided. MS has to compete, they don't own all the studios that Sony does, they own some but they look at their numbers and it makes better business sense to just get the exclusivity for the game than buy the whole studio. For one thing, there is nothing unethical about that. Second, it's EXACTLY what Sony did to gain the dominance they had. You say you won't support a company that does these "unethical" things, but in the same breath you tout Sony's greatness. You can't have it both ways, and the people that think they can we call fanboys. I really don't mean offense and I can see you're not trying to troll, I just think that you might be missing the point here.
