Wow there angryboy. I had a 4 day vacation in Tokyo. I went for the crazy. I get plenty of the timple/palace/culture/serene park life in Korea. And frankly, why would I not selectively go to the crazy places... It's my vacation!

hey guys, I just spent 4 days in Japan. Here are some photos of the suburbs I spent all my time in. This is a house, this is a convenience store. Oh look it's a field!

Besides, I left out some of the crazy photos of Japanese fashion in Harujuku and all the Hosts. hosts are male hookers. Our hotel was in the Shinjuku entertainment district. Full of all kinds of sex clubs. Including tons of "Host bars" full of guys that looked like pirates getting paid to have drinks with rich women.

 

There they are. Except in real life their hair is bigger and more piraty.

Sadly, Our Akihabara excursion didn't go well. Our otherwise helpful travelguide mostly glazed over the area and gave us no map and directions from a subway station that pretty much shared the name with another subway station on a different line beside it. It is where the department store pictures are from and we saw some fun electronics shops, but no robots and we didn't even find the maid caffe's or the important arcade towers. I think that's my one regret. If I go back, I'm going back Akihabara prepared.
