Sorry but I don't see anything matching what you've said, perhaps you could link to a confirmed story where a drone made a decision to fire on a wedding or birthday party killing innocent civilians as I have been unable to find it and am now wondering if you are not simply mistaken or ill-informed.
Honestly I cannot even find a confirmed story where a drone with a human making the fire decision fired on a wedding or birthday party.
Collatoral damage I see, but a straight mistaken target seems rather rare and elusive.
