Rampage on NES. It actually pissed me off. It was easy but, took a few hours to beat. Then when it was over all I got was a damn 'Congratulations'. No freakin' cut scene ending, not even any credits. wtf.

Hmmmm I'm not sure but I'll go with Mario 64 I guess... It took me only one rental.
For me its Super-Punch Out. I love the game and I still play it every so often. I can beat it in half and hour and I have a lot of fun beating the crap out of it every time i play.
This is probably the fastest fight I had. I beat the snot out of piston hurricane in 6 seconds.

Punch Out was an awesome game, although Hoy Quarlow used to beat the living crap out of me.
In my first year at University, I had speed contests against a drunken boy from Cape Breton, and we got some damn good times, comming within milli seconds of the world records for some fighters. (For others, not so much. Some times are retardedly fast)
Hard to say it was the easiest, but after playing through it once, there's no challenge if you want to dodge and counter anymore. The challenge then comes from being super aggressive for the fast KO. I'd love a new Super Punchout, but the controls better be perfect.
