Clans open for anybody with no skill requirements are usually crap. How can you get any better if theres always a different group of people playing and the skill range is from low to high. Though i doubt there's any highskilled players in this clan.

No matter how much no scope practise you have youre not going to get any better because the way to become better as a team is to work on your team play and communication. And TP comes with being a solid squad that always plays together. So by having an open reqruitment with no requirement of skill is just going to hurt you. And Aim practise is better done alone on DM or TDM server.

Never Fight Alone...its pretty easy to understand what that means.

Why would you say that?  Put in Halo 3 and you will most likely eat those words.

KSI ring a bell anyone?

Wrong!  You get better by playing other people, plus this is Halo (no bots)  Maybe I need to mention that with massive letters in the OP.

The practice sessions are purely there just to weed out undedicated members, since you only have to make it to one practice session a month. Most of the time we'll be playing matchmaking or just messing around in custom games.

1) Dunno how you play halo but in other competetive games a solid 5 man squad is it, with 1 replacement player. (if the game is played 5v5).

2) Dont play halo, but based on the post alone i can tell you that from my experience playing multiple games on a high level (PC), post like that where you openly invite players to join, no skill requirements, and specific trainingsessions are synonym for medskilled players, tops! Highskilled players tend to know or know of one another, and will get personal invites.

3) See above.

4) True... sort of. You get better at playing other people.. as a team. To enhance your knowledge of how people attack and defened and how to outsmart your opponent. But your aim will not improve with organized no scope sessions or whatever. Aim is an individuall skill, not a team based skill.

5) How can you be dedicated with one session a month? I remember when i was a lan whore.. again PC.. we "practised" by playing 10-15 official online matches a night.

Still.. this is PC. Maybe Console "pros" play it differently.

As the Clan grows, we will be breaking it into smaller squads of 8 and grouping people with like skills together.

We are still working on the bugs and are in the recruitment stage right now, as we grow larger we may increase the amount of practices.

The "no scope sessions, as well as BR sessions are generally every man for himself.

You can't...see my reasoning above.
