The cut scene in bioshock where you find out you are his(andrew ryans's) son and he forces you to kill him through the phrase which fontaine was controlling you with.

there are a lot of great scenes in FF X, some really amotional and others with a lot of action in them.

every colossus intro and death were really well done in shadow of the colossus.

zelda majora´s mask also had great scenes, you really feel the pressure and desperation.

there are a lot more...but i´ll have to think a lot and i´m kinda sleepy
