I don't think they've been released yet, but expect them to be similar to the first. Maybe a small bump in hardware requirements (like going from a GT to a GTX).
Edit: This is MW 1, I expect MW2 to need 2GB of RAM, but the rest may stay the same (maybe 8800 recommended now).

I really do need to replace the graphics card in my alienware laptop. I might build my own PC here soon, though to get rid of those problems. The laptop should hold me over for now.

I don't think they change at all. After all, consoles are the main platform, right?
really, really low specs. I expect it can be played by my brother's over 6 years old PC... why? Because it uses the same engine, and the trend every gen is that sequels from the same engine either have the minimum requirements around the same, or even lower them down.

But the graphics are better. So the requirements will go up.
