It's a true statement anyway. Consoles are toys/entertainment. Average people don't fork over 350 bucks like that for simple entertainment and most don't know or care about other features the PS3 might have.

Why do you think Nintendo didn't make the wii HD, because then the price could have been around 350. And that would scare away it's potential (certainly blue ocean) audience.
