PSP has handheld Monster Hunter covered, which funds console Monster Hunter which, judging by the shipment reports, Wii has covered better than PS2 did. For 360 to get it, it would have to go to PS3, and Capcom typically puts Western oriented games on those consoles...which Monster Hunter isn't. This is of course ignoring that PS3 already lost MH and has little chance of getting it back.

If they make a monster hunter game and send it to the west, knowing Capcom, they will make it multiplatform (like RE5, SFIV, etc)

It won't happen - Monster Hunter will stay Wii console, and PSP handheld only.

You know it makes a lot business sense - cheap cross-platform development, and a lot of sales.
