Positives.

I think it should to take advantage of the capturing abilities of a Camera. There should be instant video replays of you. Also then a Project Natal game could install.

Negatives

cost

hurt feelings of Arcade owners, but how are they going to sale a Natal arcade model plus a Premium Natal.

I bet it will require the HDD, which isn't a big deal as Natal is an additional purchase anyways. I think most people that buy the arcade plan on buying a HDD in the future anyways.
