Forums - Sony - Do you want a PSPTouch

Im not sure, infact come to think of it I'm not sure price would be my biggest issue. I think i'd be more inclined to skip the Touch and wait for the PSP2.

Well what i mean is, is that the PSPTouch is PSP2. Actually i think the PSP2 is keeping the same design as the Go. You know how the PSP Go looks and they have the two buttons in the indent by the x triangle O and Box buttons. Well i think they will moves those and place the second nub there and move the buttons in the center.

Obviosly...The PS4 and PSP2 will more digital...it'll still have hard copies but definitely a digital focus

So you think they will still make a hard copy for the PSP2? I think they won't i think if Go does well they will not mess with hard copies.

your rite thats was more aimed at the PS4

Yeah, i think PS4 will be digital and have hard copy. Maybe they will bring PS2 and PS3 BC with it and release all those game digitally on it

Oh, Sowwy.

In that case, I'd be willing to buy it at launch for £269.99 (you do the conversion )

Just don't worry about trolling i never bother with it.

Lets keep talking about PSP, So if the GO is successful do you think that the next PSP will be digital?

Don´t think so. Even if GO is sucessfull, psp2 will have both digital and umd, because it´s too risky for Sony. If digital wins, it will be slowly , like dvd replacing cd some years ago. Then, Sony could make psp3 only with downloading games.

But that would make it cost even more i would think. I'm not quite sure. I just think they aren't wanting to use umd anymore.

Sure Sony don´t want to use umd no more, main reason because they would keep retailer´s profit. Download would make Sony save money on umds, box games, manuals, bringing games to the stores,...

Wow, i never even thought of half of those things. I don't know why. I knew it would be easier for Sony though. But yeah, and all that money could go directly to them and the developer instead of the store getting a cut. That is actually a cool idea.

I thought i would always want a hard copy because i like the case and i don't have to worry about losing data but i have to say the PSP Go is looking a lot better to me. I may be getting one.

If it wants to be used as a Web Browser, yes. I love my iPod touch, and I don't know how much more I'll love an iPhone (where I can use regardless of Wireless connection or not).

I love opening the case, inserting the game into the console and playing it. Then, when i finish the game, i put the case next to my other games and from time to time i look to it and remember how awesome the game was and the fun i had playing it, just like when i see a video or a picture of holidays. Of course there is the problem of carrying several umds, so Sony should have a psp with some kind of hard disk like PC or PS3. This way people could choose between downloading or buying umds, both would be into the hard drive.

Yeah, i like that too. But i think it could be just the same if you go through a list of the games on your console or Handheald and see each one with a moving screen (Does the 360 have moving screens of the game you are about to play?) that could bring back memories of awesomeness lol
