 Are you going to have an equally stupid reaction to everyone else making predictions what they think it's going to be or do you think everyone who makes some sort of prediction absolutely believe that's the only possibility?

Well you were replying to my post specifically. A post that is trying to predict what console it may be on if it was a game rather than what it is going to be. Don't you think that is a bad place to make a indirect prediction on what the game will be? By indirect I mean you didn't say that you "think" it will be another remake, but rather implied it by assuming it as one by saying "I doubt they're going to release another remake anytime soon on the DS". So to answer your question, for most people I'm not going to reply to their prediction unless it interests me, or if they reply to me first. The content of what I reply with depends on what the content of the post I'm replying to is. Oh and it does certainly seem like you believe that is the only possibility, when you word your post as if it is absolute that it is a remake.

There's a difference between what I think it will be and what is the only possiblity.

Oh of course I wasn't offended. The center topic of my post was what console it would be on based on the art, and that if it was a game at all. I didn't take into account what type of game it would be whether a remake, spinoff, or sequel. When you replied I you post seem to give off the tone that you were almost certain it was a remake, and that is why I replied with the other possibilities. I do realize now that you are open to the other possibilities, but from your post there was no hint of such(Believe it or not, there are people who think there is only one option. Basically I was trying to get back to judging based off of information that we have rather than speculation on what it is if it was a game. I wasn't "offended" at all. I do realize I did word my reply a little weird so it would give off the tone. This is more accurate on what I was trying to say "While it could be a remake, there is no evidence to point in that direction, and it could very well be some other entry into the series."  I also found it somewhat unlikely that Square-Enix would announce a remake of the game less than a year after they released one, but now that I think about it they are Square Enix and it wouldn't surprise me.
