God damn thats pathetic!  dirty money-whoring grubs!  I tell you , its almost as bad as the fact that I pay taxes to have decent roads to drive on, and have to be subjected to the damn ads on the side of the road!  

I mean its not like i have to watch/be subjected to ads and telemarketers on the other services i'm paying for like Cable/Direct TV, internet , phones, newspapers.

Whats next?!?!  Are they gonna start sending ads through a device that willforce me to think about their ads 24/7!!!

Serious question. Why does the 360 need ad's when you pay for the service? I know Vidzone on ps3 has ad's but it's nothing major and it is free.

sure the 360 has ads but these are nothing major considering you can completely ignore them and its not like they force you to look at the ads.

So MS can make more revenue and reduce operating cost for the consumer.
Take the money to improve services and add features. So they don't have to increase the cost of Gold or even reduce it (yeah right)
Why do I pay for SKY and get ads?
This is a common business practice which you've all experienced so why is it the worst thing ever now?

The ads are barely noticeable, though only by PS fans for some reason.

It's also free to use.

About 95% of my 360 usage is spent playing games, not browsing NXE ads, so I can't say I'm that bothered.

I hope that's what Sony meant when they said there's no need to copy XBL anymore :D
