even if it's as good as confirmed that a ps3 slim will release we don't know yet if it will come at 299, after the PSP Go announcement, i wouldn't be surprised if Sony launches it at 399.

Well, if rumor goes like it goes is because people want it. Even if they didn't plan to release one by now they should do since rumors are spreading so fast. And I hope it's cheaper and it isn't that ugly thing.

Think about it,You guys hear about a slim PS3,you go tell your friends about the slim PS3 (weither you like it or not) then they tell others and word gets around and more people buy it.

Nothing, I can't see slim itself selling impactating much overall sales. Slim models are important because they usually are cheaper to make and can have lower price than the fat models, if still the same price i can't see people saying "I'm buying the slim now,because it's so cute^^".
