we need to get the lead upto about 350 imo

Freddie for a century on his last test i hope, that would be great, but im not gonna hold me breath!

168-4

decent recovery, lead is 350 now, lets keep it up to 400, then put the aussies in

Australia need 546 runs now to win. England can easily win this with two more days left to go. If Broad and Swann bowl like they did in the first day then England should win it easily.

I'm still confident in our boys, but apprenhensive now after an extremely solid stand of 80 for no wicket before the close in the face of some very unremarkable English bowling.

If we get an early wicket tomorrow, it could set the tone, but right now I'm counting no chickens.

I feel so out of place. Never even heard of cricket...

Edit: Looked it up. Looks a lot like baseball, but not.

sucks to be aussie, most of us have stopped watching tv.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

What a joke England are now... Australia can easily win this if Hussey and Haddin put on a good solid partnership.

huh? its one wicket to go
