I'm sorry, you didn't convince me to ever log into home again based on loose claims of community events and fun while giving no description of what I'm supposed to do in those new areas.

your loss

Or...you can actually take the poorly hidden advice he placed for you, and update your OP with information about what makes those spaces so engaging to use. Considering your purpose to create this thread was to bring to light the great new things about HOME and getting more people active in it, I fail to see how "your loss" is a good continuation of the OP you started off with.

Home has a lot of potential.

I saw an ad for Diesel at one shop in Home and that got me thinking...

If clothing stores supplied all their designs to Home, they could keep track of what clothes people like compared with age location etc.

It could be a good marketing research tool for them if the freaking virtual clothes were free, they could see what designs are most popular, which ones are barely used. That could even give me a reason to log back into Home, I'd do some virtual shopping before doing some actual shopping. One thing is for sure though, I'll never ever spend real money on virtual clothes.

Signature goes here!

i tried HOME twice and was bored to tears. i'll give it another shot IF i ever run out of games to play.

I've been on Home twice in the last week after a long time away. I went to the inFamous space. Not that great, but kinda cool. Still have a bunch of stuff to check-out on Home.

I fail to see why a poster has to thinly disguise a simple request for more information.

I mean, whatever happened to just saying "Can you tell me a little more about it?"  Sometimes I think the snarky mentality a lot of forum goers (including myself) have is hurting the community far more than it's helping.

Damnit! Here I was going to go with a whole "pot calling the kettle black" line and there you go laying claim to being part of the problem.

Personally I don't see the big deal in how he worded it. Leo's reaction to it is far more WTF in my eyes since it goes against the purpose of the thread's creation, which is to get people into Home, not brush them off based on a lack of interest.

Maybe they should make the thing more seamless and not take forever to load when you start it up or when you move from space to space?

I agree.

Been on it once (EU) and it was a real bore. At this point I don't feel the need to try it again...
