I honestly don't know. Check shoryuken for all your technical questions might get some good responses there to. My TE stick worked fine with the PC but I don't own any fighting games for the PC right now. I'm tempted to get another copy of SF IV if the PC/madcatz bundle drops to $40 or less, just to have a backup pad for my 360 (as well as PC).

It's just that simple.

You should probably just get PS2 stick and use it with adapter on PC.

Also if you need stick that nativly works on PC you can try Mayflash but it would require to mod buttons and joystick in it to decent standards.
