Fellow Half-Life fans, have you ever heard of Codename: Gordon? It was a free game offered through Steam as a 2D spinoff of (obviously) Half-Life.

Anyways, it's been taken off of Steam since then, but I recently discovered that it's still available for download. Simply click the link and follow appropriately. Then enjoy. :)

Heh, I've been wanting to play Codename: Gordon again!

They had to take it down because I guess the company that made it went out of businesses and the game linked to their website for leaderboards, which became a porn site or something like that.

I'm not entirely sure why, but yeah, it ultimately had to do with the company going out of business.

Regardless, Steam's still got it available if you know where to look! And the best part is that it's actually a Steam install, too. Boring non-Steam installs aren't actually hard to find.

I still haven't gotten the chance to play it, myself. However, many of my Half-Life loving friends have been thoroughly pleased with it, so I can't wait to get the chance to try it out.

Whatever you do, DON'T click on the leaderboards. I did and it screwed up the game (some flash error or something) and I had to reload it.

It's probably the cause of the leaderboards and such not being operational anymore.
