wow...so much fail in so few posts. Used games are a good thing, people part with their games for money, they then use the money, to buy new games.

If developers made games users couldn't or wouldn't want to part with this wouldn't even be an issue.

Exactly... I rarely bother buying Nintendo games used because the few copies I can find used are barely cheaper than the games are new.

If a company I like makes a game I'm interested in, I'll buy it new.

If I company I hate *cough Activision cough* makes a game, I'll buy it used, obviously because I do not want to support them.

Then people that want to buy new games come to the store, and see the cheaper used version, and buy that.

It does much more harm then good, and developers will be the first to tell you that.

You might as well steal cars if you buy used.

At my A-1 Auto Lot they have a big sign outside "SAVE MONEY - BUY USED"

Sickening.

Not so, If you want a game whn it first comes out, you buy itm then you play it, either you get tired of it, or find out it isn't all that great, either way, you sell it. you use the money to buy the next big game that comes out. you couldn;t do that if nobody bought used games.

There are 100 times if not 1000 times more games that you can only buy pre-owned than games that are new in the store now..

so of course people need to buy used games,

your not going to find Alex Kidd in Miracle World or Street Fighter II or GoldenEye 64 or Xenogears new in the store,

and most PS2 games aren't even new in the store anymore.

I know. But if people couldn't buy used games, many would be forced to buy new games, and that would easily make up for the people like you.

''Am I now a bad person because someone was living in my house before me?''

And buying a pre-owned car is like stealing a car right..
