@kanariya: a game's a game, and if a game is so poorly made you can bumper-car your way to first place that's an error on the game developer's part. Why do you idolize PD to the point even if they make a poor game, we are supposed to play it "right"? Oh look they made XXX move overpowered in YYY game, but the developer is so honored and revered we must bow to him, ignore his glaring mistake and not spam XXX or else we might not live up to the mighty developer's intention. Bull.

You know, that's something I'll never understand. Forza 2 had shitgraphics and the career mode was dry as desert sand. If I were like you, I'd made up some shitty excuse about the graphics and say that "we are supposed to take breaks between races, that way you won't feel how dry the career mode is and the greatness of the game will sink in".

Well if you entered my threads you would know that I surf around and read alot and I post what I think is Interesting.

No I didn´t know it would cause a shitstorm because I don´t care and there is nothing in it for me. I read the news post and found it Interesting enough to post it.

Thats how simple it is, I surf and I post anything gaming/technology news related that I find interesting. If you have a hard time believing that then I suggest you go thorough my post history and see if anything is there to support your theory or if I am speaking the truth.

Just because YOU think that way and because YOU would post something like this just for the shitstorm doesn´t mean I will, if you post news you come over on a regular basis you are bound to post something controversial but that doesn´t mean that I had that in mind.

I knew I found it interesting and did not expect it, I found it to be interesting information to share with fellow gamers.

If I somehow could ban the people that flame or start a troll war and only secure ordinary gamers reading this thread I would but I can´t and I didn´t know or even think about it getting this way.

As I said since I read alot and post alot of news (my threads I create are 99% news releated) I am bound to hit a subject that will cause this stirr up.

I reject the notion that I would willfully do what you suggest and I have corrected you in your wrong assumptions, now I can´t change your mind if it´s set that I did this delibretly all I can do is to correct you that I didn´t and I have my whole post history to back that claim up.

Whatever, anyways will have shitstorms about both these games constantly and it will only get worse as release dates approach.

I guess so and if any other forza or gt news arrive that I find interesting I will probably have this thread and shitstorm possibilities in mind but I will still post it if I think it´s interesting enough.

I see your point, but the two situations are very different. Driving in rain is like an added game mode, while damage modelling always applies to racing.

To put it another way... Without rain, you can still drive with realism. That's not the case without damage modelling.
