Not really. 2007 brought Falcon's which are much more reliable. Of all my friends with Falcons, none have RROD'd yet. His was an original model with the most heat produced and the highest power usage.

Next year and from here on out things will only improve as the Jaspers take over and maybe even Valhalla will make a showing soon.

Well I bought a 360 Elite when the Falcon was introduced. I paid like 650$ for it from FutureShop. Never had a problem till last week. Now it has frozen up a few times and my uncle who bought a 360 Elite last year had his 360 RROD and he said the same thing happened to his console before it died. So the Falcon Chips really didn't help all that much since my systems now on its way out too and I don't know how much longer my 360 will last either!
