It's probably just a shadow. If this was a 'ghost,' then CNN would've been making a big deal out of this to boost their ratings. Anyways, enjoy this classic scene.

you don't believe in this ghost right? they should let him rest in peace what next conspiracy crap.
^ I was just sparking a debate. I dont believe in ghosts but i just thought it would be interesting to talk about. Also it cant be shadows. Look at one of my above posts. I shouldnt have bothered posting it when everyone isnt open to new possibilities...O WELL...

FootballFan, that expert opinion seems to be assuming there isn't a light behind the camera. Knowing that TV crews often carry lights around, and that there might be a glass door behind it as well, that should explain why a shadow would be there.
In that case the shadow wouldn't change size either, if the person was walking parallel to light.
This is just common sense...

CNN is making a big deal out of it? Where? All I see is this youtube video that some no talent ass clown edited and posted.

Heh, I think I misread the original post as "wouldn't have made a big deal..."
Pfft. That's totally fake.
This, however, is 100% legit footage of a real ghost:
