also, addressing the angrypoolman issue:
As a strong supporter of fair play and personal responsibility, I can't accept him unless he himself post in time for the contest. Similar events happened to megaman2 and NarakuDiabolos, and they had to miss the contest. (Naraku entered this one). I did say in the rules if you get banned, it's your problem. If we're still accepting people by his release, he may enter. If not, he's going to have to wait for 3.0 (yes, there will be a 3rd one, then final)
