Thanks for the compliments people, I might be pursueded to join in on this rate ;). By the way, no gym for me. I do boxing, and survivalruns. The last one is like fitness but, you are training outside using the nature or the parc as your playing ground. It's a lot of running, pull-ups, rope climbing etc.
