Here are my easiest recipes:

(1) Black Cod..... Ingredients: Black Cod (Whole Gutted, or fillet), tinfoil

Wrap black cod in tinfoil........place in oven.......set oven to any temperature above 100 degrees celcius.........let fish steam in its own juices for a 3-15 minutes (dependant on temperature)

(2)Trout......Ingredients: Trout (Whole Gutted, or fillet), spices/seasonings, oil, tinfoil

Same as above except add a bit of oil (such as olive oil), and add whatever spices or seasonings you like (such as pepper, curry, lemon, etc)

A good alternative to the seasonings is to brush some teryaki sauce on the fish

(3) Pacific Salmon........Ingredients: Pacific Salmon (cut into steaks, chunks, or fillets) teryaki sauce, maple syrup, oregano, basil

Mix all ingredients except salmon together (proportions that fit your taste)...........Coat salmon with sauce.............Fry, bake, or bbq (bbq is best) until center turns from dark red/dark pink to light red/light pink.

It's really easy, and practically impossible to screw up. It also tastes damn good.

I was bored and starving one night several months back, and that's what I cam up with.  I've been doing it every couple of weeks since.

I also have some quick and easy recipes for awesome french toast, hamburgers, and some other goodies I've come up with.  Flavorable food that takes little time or effort.

You should post them or Pm me them when you have time.

Nacho chips, shredded cheese, and a Microwave, and you have a easy snack.

When I'm tired, and in no mood to cook up an elaborate meal, I sometimes resort to my "lazy" meatloaf recipe. It's simple, it doesn't require a lot of effort, and it's pretty darned tasty.

First, set your oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine:

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
10.5 oz. Campbell's onion soup
1 package of panko (those little 4 oz. things you can find in the Asian aisle of your local supermarket)
1 tsp. salt

Mix it well. Slap the meat mixture down on a baking sheet and shape it into a loaf. (I like to like the baking shhet with foil, as it'll make cleaning easier later on .)

For a glaze, you can rub the meatloaf with ketchup or your favorite barbeque sauce. If you prefer, you can leave it sans glaze--that's fine, too.

Toss that hunk of meat onto your oven's middle rack, and cook it until its core temperature reaches 155 degrees. If you don't have a probe thermometer, just cook it for about an hour.
