However I also think HP6 has a decent shot at outgrossing Transformers in America as well. I worked in the box office at my movie theater tonight (Friday night) and if my theater is any indication, Transformers is going to drop off fast. All the die-hard fans have already seen it and its negative reviews aren't going to draw many people in. Plus it's not really a movie many people are going to see multiple times since it's so long. Movies like Public Enemies and even The Hangover were selling almost as well as Transformers.
So anyway my point is I think HP6, while it won't have the crazy first-week totals that Transformers had, it will have longer legs due to its even wider appeal. So I think it's got a decent chance to out-gross Transformers in America.
