Less we forget great multi platform games like Modern Warfare 2 on the "cheaper" system. If they were to bundle the system with Halo Wars or maybe Banjo? Pinata 2? Could sell gang busters.

MS, while not having the best looking holiday line up in terms of exclusives, still has the best overall lineup out of the consoles remaining for the year and Is still the cheapest system. That's quite enough reason for someone to grab one at this point. Plus with the shitty economy parents would rather buy the cheaper system for their kids.

According to stickball and DmeisterJ, the 360 can't outsell ANY of it's past years, let alone this one. personally, I think its very possible.

I made a mistake. Dragon Age Origins is coming out for the PS3 as well according to Gamestop.

OT: I think it has a chance, but it'll depend on how big certain games are (namely ODST and Forza 3).

There's bound to be people that haven't quite latched onto the 360 yet that are Halo fans, because of the price. Bundling Halo 3 and ODST together would do wonders at the same or lower price than the console would have been by itself.

Also it'll depend on whether we see another price drop.

WRPG by Bioware set in the medievil setting. Bioware does not screw around with RPGs, you guys should be getting a great RPG.

I think its very unlikely.  I can see 11-12 million consoles sold this year though...
