Ever have blood sausages? Now that stuff is gross. I can't stomach blood that has been hardened.

^black pudding IS blood sausage... the blood is congealed.. thats how i can cook it and it keeps its shape!

Theres anothers dish where the blood is stirred till it thickens, it's called dinuguan. Look it up. Now that is the real deal.
