Egg sandwich

do you fry your eggs, or hard-boil them and mash them up with a fork?

i mashed up a couple of free-range "happy eggs" earlier and had them in a sandwich

I do it 2 ways:

1) I go to 7-11 and buy the egg sandwich already made. Hard boiled eggs mixed with mayo and all that good stuff on white bread. I do this one when I'm not home.

2) I fry an egg over easy and put it between 2 peices of toasted bread with some salt and pepper. I pop the yoke and kind of spread it around the egg before eating. I learned this the hard way. If you don't pop the yoke, it will burst open when you bite into it and it will go all over your shirt and pants. I make egg sandwiches this way when I'm at home, too lazy to boil an egg and peel it and mix it.
