When I first had it, I thought it was mashed potatoes. The name of it made me think it was chopped up pig intestines. It has a wierd grainy texture. I don't know, I didn't like it. Maybe I didn't eat it right.

proper sausages are made from pig intestines. well the skin is anyway. the clean out the intestine and pipe the sausagemeat into it. which is funny cos in the days of Casanova (18th century) they used pig intestines as condoms.

speaking of Casanova, I can't believe he got so many women. i mean, no offence to him but i just don't see it..?
